The general objective of the Plan is to implement and transfer to wine producers, innovative soil management techniques such as the application of new organic soil improver matrices (compost, biochar and CB mix), able to increase CO2 storage, soil fertility and water retention capacity, reduce the release of pollutants into the environment and induce greater disease resistance, for a sustainable viticulture, able to adapt to and mitigate the current climate changes, with a view to a circular economy.
