General Objectives

The objective of the proposed plan is to create two typological categories of nectarine peaches based on organoleptic characteristics (“sweet and crispy line” and “balanced line”), overcoming the current indications regarding the type of fruit (yellow or white flesh) and the sole variety name (usually unknown to the buyer), in order to start a more effective market segmentation policy on a new basis.
