Chemical laboratory

The chemical analysis laboratory has been operating in the wine industry for more than 40 years, first as the ESAVE laboratory, then as CATEV and now as ASTRA.

The laboratory carries out control and support activities for the research and experimental programs performed in the center, as well as providing services to external users.

ASTRA Innovazione e Sviluppo makes its facilities and technical expertise (laboratories and cellar) available for the benefit of students, interns and graduates who are training in the agri-food sector

Quality Assurance

The quality of analytical data (precision and accuracy) is ensured over time through continuous parallel checks with reference materials, participation in proficiency testing, construction of control charts, accurate maintenance of equipment, etc.
